Thoughts on 2011, basically

I've been thinking about this for two months and, really, there is no way to describe what it feels like to lose a parent suddenly. There are multiple times during the day when I have to blink a few times to realize I'm actually awake and this is all very, very real. What the fuck. It sucks.

When you're 33 and both of your parents are deceased, it makes you: 1) reevaluate every little thing in your life, be it your values, priorities, relationships, etc. and 2) not give a fuck about NOT GIVING A FUCK.
The reality is that it makes you more jaded than ever, way less sympathetic to other people's problems, and also kind of an unapologetic asshole with an attitude.
My life, thanks.
